These terms apply to vartonex.com, run by Celsus Industries LLC. Vartonex is a brand of Celsus Industries LLC.

Accepting these terms

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms, and the version posted here is the one that applies.

Our products

We sell botanical supplement capsules:

• Immune Support Capsules, 90 count, $69.95
• Inflammatory Response Support Capsules, 90 count, $69.95
• The Complete Protocol, both bottles, $120.00

We try to describe our products and ingredients accurately. Packaging, label design and ingredient sourcing can change, so read the label on the bottle you receive.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. A product can sell out, and we may limit quantities. If we list a price in error we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Taxes are applied where required. Sales tax is collected where Celsus Industries LLC is registered to collect it.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments through Shopify. Your card details never reach Celsus Industries. We may cancel an order if we cannot verify payment or the shipping address, or if we suspect fraud.

Shipping and returns

Shipping rates, delivery areas and our return policy are on the Shipping & Returns page, and those terms are part of this agreement.

Acceptable use

Use this site lawfully. Do not try to break into it, scrape it in bulk, interfere with its operation, resell our products as your own, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content. We may refuse service or close an account for any of these.

Intellectual property

Vartonex is a trademark of Celsus Industries LLC. Patent pending. The text, images, logos, product names and page design on this site belong to Celsus Industries LLC or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Health and safety

• Talk to your healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
• Not for children under 12 unless directed by a healthcare provider.
• Allergen: Immune Support contains black walnut, a tree nut. Do not take it if you are allergic to tree nuts.
• Stop taking the product and contact your healthcare provider if you have an adverse reaction.
• Follow the serving directions on the label.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing here limits any warranty that the law does not allow us to limit.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Celsus Industries LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or an order placed on this site is brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.
