How we ship your order, what it costs, and how to return it.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We cannot accept international orders at this time.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $7.50
• Express shipping: $15.00
• Free standard shipping on orders of $100.00 and up

Taxes are applied where required. Sales tax is collected where Celsus Industries LLC is registered to collect it.

Processing time

We pack and hand off orders from our fulfilment center within 1 to 2 business days of receiving them.

Carrier and delivery time

Orders ship by USPS or UPS through our fulfilment partner, ShipBob. Once an order leaves the warehouse, delivery normally takes 2 to 5 business days.

You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Wrong address or a missed delivery

Check your shipping address before you place the order. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a reship at your cost, or refund the order less shipping.

Returns and refunds

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
• Unopened, unused bottles with the seal intact are refunded in full, less the original shipping.
• Opened bottles cannot be returned, because this is a product you swallow. If you are unhappy with an opened first bottle, we may refund that bottle one time, at our discretion.
• Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full, including shipping. You do not need to send anything back. Send us a photo.
• You pay return shipping, except on damaged, defective or wrong items.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return.
